There are 5 levels of access defined by default in the application:
-Administrator: full rights on the application;
-Trainer: rights to manage resources and activities for the course;
-Author: rights to enter and change course;
-Course: rights to participate in a course;
-Guest: user with limited rights.
E-learning platform is based on resources and activities. Main resource is represented by the current can be defined on the basis of lessons or weekly activities. Can be made page by page or you can go from one chapter to another using the "Quick jump".
At the end of each module of the course may enter a mode of assessment. This module is very flexible and allows the trainer to establish a number of ways of assessment.
Questions can be like "True or False", "questions with one correct answer", "multiple-choice," fill the blanks "

The main activities that can be defined in the e-learning platforms are:
-Subject to the dead-line - students should create a file with a theme that you upload must convene on the server until a certain date;
-IM - students can discuss each other through instant messages;
Discussion Forum - targeting all course participants. Everyone can ask questions, can give answers and can view topics in the forum.
-Page Wiki - the free library, a collaboratively developed by participants.
-Conference Web - additional feature implemented in e-Learning application that allows your trainer to take a course through videoconferencing.
